Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. After your order leaves our facility, delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within approximately 4–9 business days. All delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier performance, customs clearance, and local conditions.
We currently deliver within the European Union and to the United States (mainland addresses only). We do not deliver to islands or offshore territories at this time.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment is completed.
If your order is delivered internationally, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (where available).
Returns & Issues
For hygiene and quality control, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on opened products, or for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
Product & Standards
Our formulas are built to feel clean, comfortable, and easy to use daily. That said, every skin type is different. If you have sensitive or reactive skin, we recommend patch testing first and reviewing the full ingredients list on the product page. If you’re unsure what to choose, contact us and we’ll help you pick a simple routine.
Our products are produced within the European Union under strict quality standards. Manufacturing is carried out in an ISO 22716:2007 certified facility (Good Manufacturing Practice for cosmetics). Where applicable, products are registered in the EU Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP).
Our systems are designed in Sweden, then produced by our manufacturing partners within the European Union under strict quality standards.
Yes. Depending on the product, we may reference third-party standards and certification frameworks such as ISO 22716:2007 (Good Manufacturing Practice for cosmetics) and EU regulatory requirements (including CPNP registration where applicable).
You may also see names like ECOCERT and COSMOS. These are widely used third-party certification bodies/standards for natural and organic cosmetics. If a specific product is certified, it will be stated clearly on that product page.
