We ship to mainland addresses only and are unable to ship to islands or offshore territories at this time.

We ship using courier services with tracking.

Changes to delivery addresses or order items are generally not possible after an order is placed. In limited cases, we may be able to assist with changes within the first 24 hours after ordering. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

7) CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

If your order is shipped internationally, you may be responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are determined by local authorities, are not controlled by Le Savane, and are non-refundable.

8) TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS 

As stated in our Terms of Service, when we hand over the products to the courier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

9) COMPLIANCE AND QUALITY

Our systems are engineered and designed in Sweden, then produced by our manufacturing partners within the European Union under strict quality standards.

Our production facility is certified according to ISO 22716:2007. Our products are registered in the EU Cosmetic Products Notification Portal (CPNP) and are compliant with applicable FDA regulatory standards.
